For few years I struggled to lose weight. I went from being chubby in my mid 20s to being obese in my late 20s. At my biggest, I was 315 pounds (I’m 6’2″). Finally about two years ago, I got a spark of inspiration which led me to join Nirvana Family Fitness, and I lost 100 pounds and counting.*


I joined Nirvana in November 2013 and since joining I’ve lost 110 pounds through eating healthy, cardio, and lifting weights. I love Nirvana because it has all of the equipment I needed to successfully lose weight and get on track to a healthy lifestyle! I love Nirvana and the atmosphere where I feel comfortable working out and getting healthy! The staff is very friendly and always there to help whenever I needed it and always answered any questions I’ve had! Thank you, Nirvana! I won’t go anywhere else!*
